エイゴデー英会話スクール（以下、「当社」といいます）は、愛知県内で子ども向け英会話教室を運営しており、https://eigoday.com/ のウェブサイトを管理しています。当社は、受講生のお子さま、保護者の皆様、ウェブサイトをご利用の皆様、お問い合わせをいただいた方の個人情報を適切に保護することを重要な責務と考えています。

本プライバシーポリシーは、当社が個人情報をどのように収集・利用・提供・保管・保護するかを説明するものです。当社は、日本の個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法）およびその他の関連法令を遵守します。

当社のウェブサイトの利用、お問い合わせや無料体験レッスンのお申し込み、レッスンへの入会、イベントへの参加により、保護者の方（またはお子さまに代わって）は本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

2. 収集する個人情報

入会手続きやレッスン受講時：緊急連絡先、参加に必要な健康・配慮事項（同意を得た場合）、出席記録、学習進捗状況。
イベント・体験談・プロモーション時：お子さまの写真・動画・氏名・エピソード（保護者の明示的な事前同意がある場合に限ります）。
その他のやり取りで自発的にご提供いただいた情報。

（2）ウェブサイトを通じて自動的に収集される情報

技術情報および利用データ：IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類・バージョン、デバイス種別・OS、参照元ページ、閲覧ページ、滞在時間など。
クッキーおよび類似技術（詳細は第9項参照）。

（3）第三者から取得する情報

LINE公式アカウント経由でお問い合わせいただいた場合、LINE株式会社から提供される限定的な情報（LINEのプライバシーポリシーに準拠）。
当社が業務を委託するサービス事業者から取得する情報。

お子さまの個人情報について
当社の主な対象は幼児から小学生のお子さまです。お子さまの個人情報は、保護者の方の同意がある場合に限り収集します。保護者の方がお子さまに代わって情報を提供し、判断を行います。

3. 個人情報の利用目的

当社は、収集した個人情報を以下の目的で利用します。

お問い合わせへの対応および無料体験レッスンの予約・確認。
英会話レッスンの提供・管理（スケジュール調整、進捗管理、講師との連携、保護者への連絡）。

お問い合わせ・体験レッスンに関する情報：最終連絡から1〜3年程度。
入会・受講生記録：入会期間中および終了後、税務・教育記録として必要な期間（通常5〜10年以上）。
写真・動画：同意書に記載された期間、または同意撤回時まで。
ウェブサイトの分析データ：ツールの設定に従い、集計・匿名化された形で保存。

不要になった個人情報は、安全に削除または匿名化します。

7. 個人情報の安全管理

当社は、個人情報に対する不正アクセス・改ざん・漏洩・紛失などを防ぐため、合理的な技術的・組織的・物理的安全管理措置を講じています。これには、SSL/TLS暗号化、アクセス制御、スタッフへの教育・訓練などが含まれます。

Eigo Day (エイゴデー英会話スクール) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates children’s English conversation schools in Aichi Prefecture, Japan and manages the website at https://eigoday.com/. Enrollment and class participation: Emergency contact information, relevant health or accessibility notes (with consent), attendance records, and learning progress.

Children’s Personal Information
Our main services target young children (toddlers to elementary school age). We collect children’s personal information only with parental/guardian consent. Parents/guardians provide information and make decisions on behalf of their children.

3. How We Use Personal Information

Responding to inquiries and scheduling/confirming free trial lessons.
Providing and managing English conversation classes (scheduling, progress tracking, teacher coordination, parent communication).
